When local dignitary Lady Billows Patricia Johnson cannot find a suitable May Queen, Albert is chosen instead as May King. Unfortunately, on the big day, Albert's friend Sid Alan Opie laces his drink with rum and, after a drunken speech, Albert runs away to seek adventure.
