It's September 1st, 2001, and with no contact for ten years, quirky French agent Irene Binoche receives a call from her former CIA friend Elliot Nick Nolte asking for her help in finding his estranged daughter, Orlando Sarah Forestier, and adopted son, David Tom Riley. Irene tracks down David and together they find Orlando and, despite her reticence about meeting her father, a family reunion is planned in Paris. Unbeknown to them, psychotic assassin William Pound John Turturro is hot on their trail and Irene learns that Elliot has information about an impending attack on the United States...
