TV reporter Reiko Nanako Matsushima sets out to investigate but, when she finds a copy of the tape in a deserted cabin, she falls victim to its deadly curse. Fear spreads among the students of a local high school when news circulates of a mysterious videotape which brings death to those who watch it.
