Ysaku Matsuda stars in this Japanese action trilogy directed by Tru Murakawa. Hitman Shohei Narumi Matsuda's world is one of conspiracies, betrayal and corruption from which there is no escape. In 'The Most Dangerous Game' 1978 he is hired by Kohinata Asao Uchida to rescue his son-in-law who has been kidnapped by the Godai Conglomerate, but that isn't all Kohinata wants from Narumi... 'The Killing Game' 1979 finds Narumi forced out of retirement and caught up in a gang war between two rival yakuza clans, while chance meetings with two women from his past pull him deeper back into his old life. Finally, in 'The Execution Game' 1979 Narumi is betrayed, abducted and tortured and then hired by his aggressors to take out another veteran assassin.
