'Baby Yoga' demonstrates a number of gentle movements and exercises that can help both mothers and babies stay healthy in the 18 months after birth. 'Antenatal Yoga', presented by former athlete Kathy Tayler, contains a range of yoga-based exercises to help mothers prepare for the rigours of giving birth.
Finally, 'Toddler Yoga' is aimed at stimulating the development of toddlers and enhancing the parent-child bond.
